Summary of Position

• Support the team by completing projects and tasks assigned by the Functional Manager

• Assist with day-to-day operations processes and documentation needs

• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards work practices and company policies

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Collect organize and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements

• Assist in identifying issues gathering relevant information and helping develop practical solutions

• Support process documentation work instructions and operational procedures as needed

• Maintain flexibility to support deadlines and changing priorities

Qualifications

Major(s):Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.

Class Year(s):Rising Junior Rising Senior

GPA:Min3.0

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in reading writing and mathematics (high school level or above)

• Strong computer skills including general PC and Microsoft Office experience

• Ability to define problems collect and analyze data and draw logical conclusions

• Ability to follow simple instructions and execute tasks with attention to detail

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret data graphs and basic metrics

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• Close vision reading technical materials and use extended use of computer monitor
• Individual may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Walking reaching carrying and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Safety glasses and safety shoes required on the manufacturing floor and receiving inspection receiving stockroom and shipping areas

• Primary workstation is in the office area
