Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least five years experience in site development plus engineering project management and planning experience.
- This position requires a B.S. degree or higher a Texas P.E. license and a minimum of five years of experience. We require experience with sustainable design practices meeting Low Impact Development (LID) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) goals and proven ability to prepare SUSMPs SWPPPs and WQMPs.
- Ability to visit job sites to inspect existing conditions and envision potential scope of work requirements
- Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time at a desk working on a computer and viewing a screen.
- Ability to apply established engineering principles to solve problems and/or overcome obstacles using sound judgement independent decision making and prolonged focus
- Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to focus on client satisfaction possess high-level communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in training developing and supporting staff and have experience working in a cooperative team environment.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidates experience education and skills. The expected Salary for this position is $95000 - $120000 depending on education experience and licensure. Additionally we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
