At Air Products we are committed to developing engineering professionals through our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP).You will have the opportunity to work with experienced engineersand leadersthat will provide you with challenging work while mentoring and coaching you to learn and grow.
The CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three 12-month assignments andaredesigned for entry-levelchemical mechanical and electricalengineers with 0-2 years of work experience.The goal of the CDP program is to develop the future leaders of the company by giving you the opportunity to develop and deepen your professional and technical skills experiment with your career interests and develop your potential.Whilein thisrotational program participants can develop their engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths.
Typical assignments for engineersincludeprocess engineering plant operationsproduction engineering project engineeringcontrols and start-up engineering. At least one of the assignments will be based in afieldlocationand one will be in our Global Headquarters inAllentownPA. Relocationassistanceis provided.

Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Mechanical or ElectricalEngineering
Graduating between December 2026through August 2027.
Strong academic performance;minimumGPA of3.0.
Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships a plus).
Involvement in campus activities anddemonstratedleadership.
