Engineering CARE Technician Class 3

Overview:This role will ensure that our resort is well-maintained and reflects an image of outstanding :Performs preventive maintenance of guestrooms following preventive maintenance guidelines for CARE or PRP light bulbs thermostats and of furniture sliding glass doors plumbing fixtures grouting caulking and tile carpeting telephones electrical devices and telephones electronic coils and installing algae tabsMaintain guest room a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and other Engineering staff as daily paperwork and & use of the Lockout/Tagout HAZCOM and Blood borne Pathogen requests of management as work area is clean and clear of standing water debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely efficiently and :Previous experience is desirable in hotel school or equivalent education be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 have a flexible availability to include mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
