• Participate in recruitment performance reviews and career development of team members.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive.

• Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies and programming languages.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• 5 years of experience in engineering roles with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead position.
