Job Summary

Columbia Memorial Hospital in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are searching for an Endocrinologist to join our established CMH-OHSU Health Endocrinology Clinic in Astoria Oregon.

As an Endocrinologist in Astoria you will have a community-based practice with an academic affiliation. Our community practice provides a collaborative opportunity to join Oregons fastest-growing rural hospital where you will have a general endocrinology practice with experienced support staff.

Practice Details

  • Endocrinology practice in a community setting with academic affiliation
  • 4-Day work week.
  • Outpatient adult only role with no call responsibilities.
  • Collaborative and established clinic staff including an endocrinology physician medical assistants onsite pump trainers and a diabetic educator/MNT with accessible Social Workers and Clinic pharmacists

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible and Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism.
  • Active unrestricted Oregon Medical License
  • DEA Certificate
