Job Description:

Perform installation modification repair testing and/or servicing on laptops desktops and tablets including but not limited to hardware peripherals and software configuration as well as barcode scanners. Incumbents service clients on-site in a hospital environment.
Replace user desktops laptops and tablets at the customer site. This includes but is not limited to setting up the hardware testing it to make sure it is working identifying system hardware problems and following any special instructions.
Transfer the users old files to the new device
Verify file transfer and basic software functionality with the end-user

The schedule is M-F 8 AM-5 PM with an hour for lunch. Hours may vary just slightly. Travel day Sunday if required for the site
No overtime.
