Job Title: End User & Desktop Lead
Job Location: Bartlett TN (Onsite/Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
  • Lead and support the desktop support team
  • Manage daily desktop support operations
  • Handle user accounts access control Active Directory GPOs and IAM tasks
  • Manage Windows laptops and desktops (Windows 10/11 and Windows XP)
  • Oversee device deployment patching updates and security
  • Use SCCM/MECM and Intune for endpoint management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier-3 technical issues
  • Maintain and secure legacy Windows XP systems
  • Help plan migration from old systems to newer hardware/software
Requirement:
  • 5 years of desktop support or endpoint engineering experience
  • 2 years of team lead or management experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • Active Directory
    • GPOs and IAM
    • Windows 10/11 and Windows XP/7
    • SCCM/MECM
    • Intune
    • Endpoint deployment and patching
