End User Technology Support Specialist
Location: Las Vegas Nevada

Job Summary

We are seeking an End User Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for end-user computing environments. This position will focus primarily on hardware lifecycle replacement workstation and laptop deployment device configuration imaging troubleshooting and ongoing end-user support.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise desktop environments Microsoft 365 applications endpoint devices and IT service management/ticketing systems. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential as this role works directly with users at varying levels of technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hardware lifecycle replacement activities for desktops laptops monitors docking stations and other peripheral devices.

  • Install configure image deploy migrate and support end-user computing devices.

  • Respond to end-user requests related to hardware replacement software installation system access and technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware software connectivity peripherals and application-related issues.

  • Provide technical support for endpoint devices connected to the corporate network.

  • Use IT service management and ticketing systems to document track prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests.

  • Support Microsoft 365 Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams and other end-user productivity and collaboration applications.

  • Perform hardware refreshes device migrations and enterprise lifecycle replacement activities.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing system upgrades new hardware/software implementations and technology deployment initiatives.

  • Assist with evaluating configuration changes and technical improvements designed to reduce recurring issues and improve the end-user experience.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation procedures user instructions and support communications.

  • Provide professional responsive and customer-focused technical support to employees.

  • Prepare status reports activity updates and other information for management as required.

  • Work independently and collaboratively with other IT support teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Follow established IT processes while identifying opportunities for service and process improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Desktop Support End User Computing IT Support or Service Desk environments.

  • Experience with IT service management or ticketing systems such as Remedy ServiceNow or similar platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with workstation imaging deployment configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager and/or Windows Autopilot.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware software peripherals network connectivity and end-user applications.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

  • Strong troubleshooting problem-solving organization and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple service requests and assignments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an IT support team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large enterprise or corporate IT environments.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

  • Experience with enterprise hardware refresh PC refresh device migration or lifecycle replacement projects.

  • Experience with Windows endpoint management and enterprise device deployment.

  • Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Experience participating in technology implementations upgrades or user acceptance testing.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and the end-user experience.
