Technical Know-How Requirements
- EMS Domain Expertise:Deep understanding of real-time grid applications (Load Flow State Estimation Automatic Generation Control Network Analysis).
- Architecture Proficiency:Thorough knowledge of the Reliance EMS platform architecture including real-time data modeling high-availability environments and database management.
- Process Excellence:Strength in implementing QA frameworks specifically designed for high-availability mission-critical energy software.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strategic Change Management:Proven ability to manage the technical migration of complex EMS legacy systems to the modern Reliance platform within traditional utility environments.
- Stakeholder Influence:Ability to translate technical EMS constraints into business-relevant discussions with utility stakeholders ensuring alignment between software capability and operational requirements.
Experience Requirements
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering.
- 5 years of driving complex mission-critical software delivery (EMS/SCADA) for T&D utilities.
- Demonstrated ability to own the deployment lifecycle within a matrix structure.
