EMS Implementation Architect Energy Management System

The Delivery Manager for Reliance EMS holds end-to-end responsibility for the software delivery lifecycle of Energy Management System projects. This role ensures the successful deployment of grid-critical EMS solutions focusing on technical execution system stability and seamless integration into the customers control room environment.

Technical Know-How Requirements

• EMS Domain Expertise:Deep understanding of real-time grid applications (Load Flow State Estimation Automatic Generation Control Network Analysis).
• Architecture Proficiency:Thorough knowledge of the Reliance EMS platform architecture including real-time data modeling high-availability environments and database management.
• Process Excellence:Strength in implementing QA frameworks specifically designed for high-availability mission-critical energy software.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strategic Change Management:Proven ability to manage the technical migration of complex EMS legacy systems to the modern Reliance platform within traditional utility environments.
• Stakeholder Influence:Ability to translate technical EMS constraints into business-relevant discussions with utility stakeholders ensuring alignment between software capability and operational requirements.

Experience Requirements

• • Masters degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering.
  • 5 years of driving complex mission-critical software delivery (EMS/SCADA) for T&D utilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the deployment lifecycle within a matrix structure.
  Note: the compensation listed with this posting for the Bellevue WA market. It will be adjusted for Melbourne FL and Atlanta GA due to the cost of living.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $119600.00 and $179400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
