Location: Exton Pennsylvania Primarily on-site to encourage collaboration and mentorship with the opportunity for hybrid or remote flexibility after an initial in-office period based on performance and business needs.

Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar and have at least two years of employment litigation experience.

Job Description

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motion practice mediation and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions briefs memoranda and other litigation documents.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
• Attend hearings mediations depositions and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate regularly with clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing research and analytical abilities.
• Experience handling discovery depositions and motion practice.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Superior organizational and case management abilities.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.

• 2 to 4 years: $95000 to $120000
• 4 to 6 years: $120000 to $145000
• 6 years: $145000 to $170000
