• Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings motions and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay updated on employment law trends and legislative changes to inform client advisories.

• 210 years of experience in employment litigation or related legal fields.
• Strong understanding of labor and employment law principles and practices.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.

• Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.
• Familiarity with employment law compliance and risk management strategies.
• Previous work in a large law firm or corporate legal department.
