Employee Support Partner (Bilingual)

At Amteck were creating a new role designed to strengthen support for our field employees and supervisors. As an Employee Support Partner youll serve as a trusted resource in the fieldbuilding relationships gathering feedback supporting supervisors and helping employees connect with the resources they need.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new function within Amteck and make a direct impact on the employee experience.

• Build strong relationships with field employees and supervisors
• Travel to job sites and serve as a visible approachable resource
• Support supervisors with reviews feedback conversations and employee development processes
• Facilitate new hire orientation and connect employees to available resources
• Gather employee feedback and share insights that help improve the employee experience
• Help ensure our people processes are executed consistently across job sites

• Experience in construction industrial manufacturing or similar environments
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
• Desire to help employees and supervisors succeed
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Bilingual English/Spanish
