As a member of our leadership team you willrepresent the voice of the EMPLOYEE. Incollaboration with the Staff Development Nurse and members of the leadershipteam you will lead organize and direct employee hiring on-boarding trainingand development performance management and most importantly employeerelations and culture.

The Employee Experience Officer(EEO) is an integral part of the management teamunder the supervision of the Regional Director of Operations with support fromthe HR team and the Community Administrator(s).

Qualifications:

• Minimal of 18 years of age
• High School diploma with a two-year degree preferred

Experience in the Senior Living Industrypreferred.
