EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & COBRA SPECIALIST ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Accurately maintain employee eligibility records and update information within the claims administration system
• Oversee COBRA premium activity coordinate payment processing activities reconcile payments and assist with reporting accuracy
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers employees dependents former employees and HR representatives while delivering outstanding service and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in employee benefits third-party administration healthcare administration or eligibility processing
• COBRA administration experience
• Experience with self-funded insurance
