Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits Attorney to join its legal team. This opportunity is available in Rochester Buffalo or Albany with the possibility of remote arrangements depending on the candidates experience and needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Employee Benefits law. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of benefits-related matters including:

• ERISA compliance and related regulations
• Designing establishing and maintaining retirement welfare and fringe benefit plans
• Ensuring compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations
• Providing counsel on benefit plan operations and ongoing compliance requirements

Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills a solid academic background and a client-focused mindset. The firm values initiative collaboration and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
