Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executiveto join a dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a team while leveraging a wide array of tools and resources to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-funded large group accounts exceptional consulting skills and a proven ability to manage accounts with 5000 lives. This is a hybrid position offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

• Salary: Starting at $120000 (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates)

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large group self-funded accounts.
• Act as a consultant to clients providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with financial managers marketing teams and other internal resources to deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Support quoting for new and renewal business.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal stakeholders.

• Licensure: Life and Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing large group self-funded accounts (5000 lives).
• Skills: Strong consulting and relationship management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
• Work Style: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Travel: Limited travel may be required.
