SCHEDULE
- Mon-Fri 2nd Shift: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM
- Set up embroidery machines and select thread/fabric for each job
- Sew logos and patterns into fabric to spec
- Perform regular machine maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems
- Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency or quality
- Assist other production areas as directed
- Maintain a clean organized work area
- Take on special projects as needed
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on embroidery machine operation experience required
- Expert-level embroidery machine operation ability including setup and multi-head machine operation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to read and follow technical manuals
- Comfortable working across multiple fabric types and patterns
- Self-motivated strong ownership of quality and deadlines
- Works well independently and on a team
- High integrity and work ethic
- Track record of clear communication with a team
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Clean the slate mindset meets or beats every deadline leaves nothing undone at shifts end
- Proactive knows when to ask for direction and where to jump in elsewhere
- Ability to stand for extended periods (standing mats provided)
- Repetitive motion tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Competitive pay: $1821/hour depending on experience
