Job Summary:
Provide mental health counseling for students; presents outreach and educational programs to the University community to support the mental wellbeing of students faculty and staff of the university.Job Description:
- Provides professional mental health counseling to students in the form of individual group and couples therapy.
- Provides crisis intervention for students experiencing a psychological emergency.
- Consults with academic departments and student affairs departments.
- May be involved in crisis prevention or aiding with adjustment problems after a major life event.
- Maintains confidential records.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be eligible or hold LPC or LCSW or LMFT with licensure in Miss.
