Elite Armed Security Officer

Location: Jackson MS

Pay:$28-$35

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Current Mississippi Security Guard Permit and required firearm authorization
• Five consecutive years of verifiable law enforcement corrections military or qualifying armed-security experience
• No felony convictions or disqualifying pending charges
• Valid drivers license and acceptable MVR
• Must pass a background investigation and 5-panel drug screen
• Legally able to possess and carry a firearm
• Professional appearance strong communication skills good judgment and reliability
• Must be able to perform the essential duties of an armed security position

Duties

• Protect clients employees customers and property
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas
• Deter and respond to theft suspicious activity and security incidents
• Complete accurate reports
• Follow AGS policies post orders client requirements and applicable laws
• Maintain firearm and equipment according to company policy and Mississippi law
