Elite Armed Security Guard

Are you a highly experienced armed security professional military veteran law enforcement officer corrections officer or POST-certified professional looking for a premium security position

We are seeking Elite Armed Security Guards to provide security services at a high-visibility retail location in Memphis. This role is designed for seasoned professionals who can maintain a commanding presence respond effectively to incidents and ensure a safe environment for clients employees and customers.

• Friday Sunday
• 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
• 6:00 AM 11:00 PM
• Weekend-Only Position

$35.00 Per Hour

• Maintain a professional armed security presence
• Deter theft violence and criminal activity
• Conduct active foot patrols throughout the property
• Respond to incidents quickly and professionally
• Utilize de-escalation techniques when appropriate
• Document incidents and communicate effectively with management

All requirements are mandatory:

• Prior Military Corrections Law Enforcement or POST-Certified experience
• Minimum 5 years of Armed Security experience
• Valid Armed Guard Card
• Current De-escalation Certification
• AED/CPR Certification
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Current certifications for:
  • Baton
  • Pepper Spray
  • Handcuffs
  • Z26 Taser

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong situational awareness
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable disciplined and highly accountable
• Experienced in high-risk or high-profile security environments

Selected candidates must complete Mississippi state licensing requirements (travel required)
