About the Role: As a Housing Caseworker-Eligibility in our Rental Assistance Department youll be a cornerstone in providing access to essential housing resources for individuals and families. This role requires a meticulous and empathetic professional to manage our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) programs ensuring a lifeline for those in need. The Housing Caseworker-Eligibility is responsible for communicating with applicants ensuring applicants receive all required documents and answering general program eligibility questions. The Housing Caseworker-Eligibility will maintain applicant files logs and correspondence in alignment with HUD program and agency policies and processes.
