Job Summary
- Service Repair and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Minimum 3 years experience servicing Residential Elevators
- Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
- Valid drivers license
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis
- Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License preferred
