Job Summary
Each of our 18 different school sites is a School of Choice with individual focuses such as health and fitness drama and the arts technology music and science just to mention a district is broken into four areas called quadrants. Students have the opportunity to choose any school within the quadrant in which they live based on their interest AND still have transportation works consistently to meet the needs of 12000 students through providing quality professional development for our staff collaborating with parents and community members listening to students and benchmarking best practices across the nation.
We are accepting applications for Resident Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 School Year. This posting is for those interested in a Resident Substitute Teacher assignment at a designated elementary school site. Training will be provided.
Completed Edjoin application Copy of transcripts indicating Bachelors degree was grantedLetter of Introduction (2) Letters of Recommendation (dated and signed within one year) Required documents are minimum requirements. Preferred documents (which will be given first priority in hiring) should also be attached include the following:Valid California Credential ( Multiple SubjectEducation Specialist Single Subject Pupil Services)or30 Day Sub PermitCopy of Transcript (Minimum Requirement: bachelors degree from a regionally accredited university)Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must have 2 current letters (dated w/in current year)
