Job Summary
Collaborate with the Early Reading Intervention (ERI) teaching staff and K-5 MTSS/Academic Specialist
Work one-on-one or in small groups to support student progress in reading and mathematics
Support reading and mathematics initiatives throughout the school
Contribute in other ways as directed by school and district administration
Building Principal
Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Must be trained or willing to train in Medical CPI CPR and First Aid.
Must meet federal and state guidelines for paraprofessional qualifications.
Must possess 2 years of experience with lower and upper elementary students or hold a degree in related field
Per DESPA Contract Class II 06 position
6.33 hours/day; per building administrator following the district calendar
Non-exempt
Internal: Tuesday October 20 2026; 4:00 p.m.
External: Wednesday October 21 2026 or until filled
