About the Role:

Our clientan elite research and development organization serving the US national security and defense sectoris seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Contracts Representative to manage full cradle-to-grave government contracts within a complex portfolio of programs.

This is a high-impact role focused on proposal capture pricing strategies negotiation and ongoing client relationship management across a range of federal acquisition environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full contract lifecycle management including proposal negotiation execution modifications and closeout

  • Interpret apply and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations

  • Engage in contract strategy and risk mitigation for R&D production BOA IDIQ and OTA contract types

  • Serve as the official point of contact for government clients

  • Mentor junior contracts staff and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams

Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)

  • 510 years of cradle-to-grave contract management experience

  • Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related federal acquisition regulations

  • Demonstrated experience with proposal support pricing data compliance and negotiation strategy

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (advanced degree or CFCM/CPCM a plus)

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
