Job Summary

Nesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Soldering Assembler located in Patterson NY. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: $18-$24/hour Depending on Experience

Please Note: Applicants without Soldering experience will not be considered for this position.

Position Overview: This role involves the assembly and soldering of custom electronic components used in the electronics manufacturing industry. Candidates should be motivated detail-oriented and comfortable working with small electronic assemblies. Due to the technical nature and customization requirements of the products employees may have opportunities for cross-training on multiple units.

Essential Attributes

  • Proficiency in soldering
  • Comfortable using small hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail for small electronic assemblies
  • Willingness to learn take on additional technical responsibilities and multitask
  • Reliability and punctuality
Required Competencies
  • Previous soldering and electronics assembly experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to read CAD drawings and follow work instructions
  • Ability to work independently
