QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Completion of apprenticeship as an electronic mechanic or electronic technician; or an associate degree certificate program or trade school program in industrial electronics and two years experience as an electronic mechanic or electronic technician; or 4 years experience as an electronic mechanic or electronic technician.

JOB SCOPE:
Install troubleshoot maintain and repair all types of simple to complex industrial electronic equipment machinery and addition install repair and maintain instrumentation in the heat-treating area. Utilize electronic testing equipment schematic prints wiring diagrams handbooks formulae blueprints and charts to locate and repair malfunctions or install components.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification.
Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner.
Perform assigned work to specified quality and production standards.
Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual in a clean condition.
Perform assigned cleaning required to maintain individuals immediate work area in a clean condition.
Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification.
