Pay Rate / Schedule
$22.00/hour MondayFriday 1st shift 6:00 AM2:30 PM (2nd shift 2:00 PM10:30 PM may be available) Weekly pay every Friday Overtime opportunities available At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of $1210 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring Electrical Cabinet Assemblers to support a growing manufacturing operation in Minden NV. This role involves assembling and wiring electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawings and work instructions with a strong emphasis on precision quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
• Install components such as relays circuit breakers terminal blocks and wiring
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in electrical assembly panel wiring or similar manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Familiarity with hand tools power tools and measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
