Job Summary

We work with some of the biggest names in commercial and military electronic systems providing a fast-paced and innovative work environment where the work is never boring. Youll have the chance to put your skills to the test assembling a variety of testers rack assemblies cables and harnesses along with various other mechanical assemblies and installing and soldering components onto PCB.

Were looking for candidates with 5 years of experience preferably with an Electronics BSEE or similar degree. Join a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.

Responsibilities:
  • Assembling a variety of testers rack assemblies cables and harnesses along with various other mechanical assemblies
  • Constructing cables/harnesses from schematic
  • Wiring diagrams including pulling cables through braiding and tubing
  • Constructing Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) including all internal wiring and PCBs using schematics diagrams
  • Wiring prototype PCBs from schematics
  • Installing and soldering components onto PCBs
  • Reworking CCAs
  • Constructing rack systems and portable testers including mechanical assembly and wiring
  • Constructing mechanical assemblies from Manufacturer Assembly Instructions (MAI).
  • Additional tasks assigned by Area Manager and/or Program/Project Manager

Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
  • AS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5 years of experience working in electro-mechanical Environment including:
  • building prototypes
  • constructing military cables/harnesses for ATE
  • reading schematics wire lists blueprints mechanical assembly fabrication drawings
  • following verbal assembly instructions
  • assembly and wiring of test systems
  • Utilizing tools such as torque wrenches solder irons continuity testers calipers pin extraction tools Wire crimpers riveting tools
  • Soldering skills with thru-hole and SMT components
  • IPC-A610 IPC/WHMA-A-620
  • Lifting heavy equipment
