• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns
• Perform code-compliant repairs installations and upgrades including:
  • Panels breakers wiring and circuits
  • Switches receptacles lighting and specialty fixtures
  • Other residential electrical components and systems
• Conduct thorough electrical system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners
• Provide professional recommendations and solutions with integrity transparency and customer satisfaction in mind
• Ensure all work meets local state and NEC code requirements
• Document work accurately using mobile service software
• Maintain a clean professional appearance and service vehicle
• Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call

• 2 years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid knowledge of residential wiring circuits and systems
• Confidence communicating with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to work independently manage time effectively and multitask
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
• Valid drivers license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
