Electrical Superintendent- Industrial

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Superintendent to work on their industrial projects.

This is a full-time position based out of Fayetteville NC with occasional travel.

Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

• Salary plus OT: $50/hr negotiable higher or lower based on experience

• Schedule: Typically 50 hours per week but varies from project to project

• Per Diem: $150/day if traveling

• Company vehicle

• Background check drug screen and MVR required

Electrical Superintendent Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on industrial projects

• Ensure work is completed safely on schedule and within budget

• Supervise electrical crews

• Interpret project drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with project managers engineers and other trades to maintain workflow

• Ensure installations meet quality standards and comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Manage manpower materials and daily jobsite operations while monitoring progress resolving field issues and supporting system testing and commissioning.

Electrical Superintendent Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial electrical field supervision experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods scheduling and safety regulations.

• Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively.

• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Valid drivers license and clean MVR required.
