DESCRIPTION:

As anElectricalSuperintendent at Fisk Electric reporting toThe General Manageryou will have the opportunity to:

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site

• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Companys Safety Policy

• Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job

• Develop and update the project schedule

• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules

• Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software

• Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors

• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors field forces

• Communicate effectively with owners designers and engineers

• Maintain accurate cost reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 8 (eight)years of commercialconstruction experience is required

• 2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor

• Experience managing others with a proven history of leading teaching developing and mentoring successfully

• Experience with Conest and Accubid Software

• Experience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE Procore Bluebeam Asta)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required

• Good written and verbal communication skills
