What youll do:
- Youll be based out of our Baltimore MD service center and can expect to work in the field with up to 75% travel.
- Specialize in working on both low medium and high voltage switchgear including breakers with relays motor starters VFDs load break switches transformers load banks and batteries.
- Install fixtures wiring conduits motors and other electrical equipment. Inspect circuits for specified shielding and grounding.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers transformers or other components.
Were Experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training
- Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design
- 8 years of formal technical training
- 10 years experience in the installation repair and maintenance of electrical switchgear this will include both low volt and medium voltage power distribution gear. Should have knowledge with protection relays and meters
- Positive self- starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to move or lift objects typically less than 75 lbs.
