Electrical Project Executive

Provide executive direction for large-scale electrical builds taking ownership of strategic decisions client partnerships financial results and successful completion. Guide execution planning while supporting the teams responsible for delivering the work.

What you will do

• Set the overall direction for electrical projects and maintain executive oversight through completion.
• Lead project management teams superintendents and on-site supervisors.
• Maintain productive client partnerships and align expectations for project outcomes.
• Evaluate budgets timelines delivery risks and progress against project goals.
• Shape delivery strategies coordinate purchasing plans and guide planning for specialty trade partners.
• Champion safe work practices high-quality workmanship and efficient operations.

What you bring

• At least 10 years in leadership positions focused on electrical construction.
• Experience overseeing major builds for industrial facilities manufacturing operations data centers or other mission-critical environments.
• The ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
• Screening will confirm any applicable licensing obligations and jurisdictional requirements.

Location: Charlotte NC

Pay: $185000 to $300000 per year

Full-time W-2 employment with Rinvio working on site with our client.

Weekly pay plus medical dental and vision plans available.
