As an Electrical Panel Assembly Team Lead you are responsible for proper assembly of all components in the project. You will ensure that all processes meet both internal and external requirements.

As an Electrical Panel Assembly Team Lead you are responsible for proper assembly of all components in the project. You will ensure that all processes meet both internal and external requirements.
Key Activities
- Oversee and assist with assembling electrical or electronic units and systems
- Safely operate hand power tools and other equipment
- Working from instruction manuals wiring diagrams lists and drawings
- Performing assembly functions which may include preparation of units systems mechanical assembly harness preparation cable installation and wiring equipment
- Maintaining a sage work environment by following Stadlers safety procedures including the handling of materials tools and equipment
- Performing assemblies and hardware installation such as circuit breakers and electrical panels
- Oversee and assist with the adjustment repair or replacement of electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
- Position align or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly
- Confer with supervisors or Engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory or production management experience required
- 1 years experience in professional electrical assembly
- 2 years minimum experience working with hand tools
- Must be able to read and follow manuals (parts lists work instructions etc.
