Project Manager Electrical & Instrumentation (Oil & Gas Construction)

This role will coordinate between all parties (Spain Japan China). Instrument controls panels etc. At least 10 years of experience.
- Manage all phases of E&I projects from planning through construction commissioning and handover.
- Lead site construction teams subcontractors and vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules budgets resources and progress.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Review and approve project plans method statements and technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and clients.
- Manage project variations claims and commercial aspects of the contract.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline. Experience in Lieu of degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation projects within Oil & Gas Petrochemical Refinery LNG or EPC environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems instrumentation PLC DCS ESD SCADA and commissioning activities.
- Refineries Petrochemical Plants LNG Facilities Gas Processing Plants Pipeline Projects or Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Construction.
