Job description:
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering teams supportingdata center cooling products.
- Oversee design testing NPI product transfers and sustaining engineering.
- Ensure compliance with UL CSA CE NEC and industry standards.
- Partner with Operations Quality and Supply Chain teams to solve technical issues.
- Approve designs BOMs schematics and engineering documentation.
- Drive Lean initiatives to improve quality cost and efficiency.
- Hire coach and develop engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of engineering experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in data centers HVAC industrial power telecom or cooling systems preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical CREO UL/CSA standards and manufacturing processes.
