Our client provides full multi-discipline engineering design project management procurement and project management services to the refining and petrochemical industries.
They are currently looking for Electrical Engineers and Designers (junior and mid-level).
The positions can be based in Billings (MT) Anchorage (AK) Salt Lake City (UT) or Bellingham (WA).
Must-Have Qualifications
Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3-15 years in industrial electrical power distribution area classification schematics grounding lighting and heat tracing systems
Technical Skills: Project scoping estimating and detailed electrical design expertise
Certifications: PE preferred ability to obtain TWIC card
Essential Requirements
Professional registration preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Independent work capability with leadership skills
National Electrical Code working understanding
Self-checking work product abilities
Travel capability and flexibility
Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person by phone and via video conferencing.
Hearing ability adequate for meetings presentations and collaboration.
Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
Able to travel to job sites (local and/or remote) as project needs require.
Able to work in heavy industrial environments while wearing required PPE (hard hat safety glasses steel-toed boots fire-retardant clothing gloves etc.).
Able to climb ladders stairs and work on elevated surfaces.
Able to walk on uneven terrain and surfaces.
May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and industrial environments during site visits.
Hourly wage: $40-$80(depending on experience)
