Electrical Engineer – Power Electronics

Job Summary:
Seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in power electronics power conversion control design or medium/high-voltage systems. The role involves designing and testing power converters inverters and digital control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and test power electronic converters using SiC/GaN and silicon devices.
• Develop digital control algorithms and HIL/CHIL test setups.
• Work on AC-DC DC-DC and high-voltage power conversion systems.
• Support prototype testing technical documentation and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in power electronics or power systems.
• Knowledge of converters inverters and three-phase systems.
• Experience with DSPs FPGAs microcontrollers or HIL platforms is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Must live within commuting distance of Baltimore MD or be willing to relocate.

Work Schedule: Hybrid and flexible.
