Electrical Design Engineer CAD

The projects are small and move quickly. Ranging from 2000 SF to 50000 SF small tenant buildouts commercial retail and manufacturing facilities with schedules that can range from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on project scope and complexity.

• Electrical design modeling and documentation
• Code Review
• Lighting calculations and circuitry
• Design knowledge with:
  • Power distribution load calculations specifications
  • Generator Systems
• Site survey
• Shop drawing review

• Experience: 5 years
• B.S. Engineering
• Knowledge of engineering codes and standards e.g. ASPE IMC IECC
• Experience in all phases of project management
• Experience with AutoCad a must Revit and Solidworks a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC Engineering is a big plus
