The Effector Guidance Electronics (EGE) department develops electronics for weapon system products. We engage at the outset of the weapon system development and follow our designs through deployment. Our products are deployed all over the world from the ground toexoatmosphericenvironments and into space. We are looking for individuals to support the circuit card design process turning designs into robust and reliable reality. Individuals will interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop high quality producible designs. Team members will be exposed to all phases of the circuit card lifecycle from development through production and will present their findings through program design reviews.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) degree.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: circuit design circuit analysis digital electronics analog circuits power design RF design or printed circuit board design.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Technical working knowledge of electronic components (e.g. semiconductor passive and/or electromechanical commodities) and their application.
• Board layout experience of single and multi-lamination boards.
• PCB manufacturing and Circuit card assembly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to effectively multi-task

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
