The work model for the role is: Onsite Mebane NC

Your role and responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain training documentation work instructions and standardized training materials to support employee learning and skill development

• Supports warehouse operations during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.

• Develop deliver and continuously improve onboarding and technical training programs for warehouse employees.

• Analyze quality trends and implement targeted training to address recurring skill gaps and improve first-time quality.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to expand technical knowledge instructional skills and training best practices

• Collaborate with Production Quality Engineering and Operations to identify training needs and support operational goals.

Qualifications for the role:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

• Ability to read and interpret BOMs in reference to pick lists

• Warehouse processes

• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools (Excel or PowerBI preferred).

• Experience with ERP or MES systems (SAP preferred).

• Ability to teach mentor and provide constructive feedback

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments

• Demonstrated knowledge in receiving shipping picking or kitting processes preferred.

• Ability to safely operate a forklift

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Legal authorization to work in the US is required

• Knowledge and use of tools tape measure calipers grinders or other hand tools as needed.

• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job as needed

• Ability to lift push and pull up to 40lbs
