Your Role Your Impact
- Develop and scale EHS programs to meet evolving regulatory and operational demands across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety culture and ensure compliance at every level.
- Ensure reliability of EHS systems through rigorous audits risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion innovative approaches to hazard identification mitigation and sustainability practices.
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams to elevate EHS standards company-wide.
Youll work with sharp committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health Engineering or related field.
- EHS experience including team management in industrial or transportation sectors.
- Expertise in OSHA EPA and local EHS regulations; proficiency with EHS management systems and incident investigation tools.
- Strong grasp of risk assessment root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on team development.
