We transform complex environmental regulations into actionable strategies that protect our planet while supporting Apples operational excellence across all global are seeking an experienced strategic and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Program Lead Global Waste Compliance to build and lead comprehensive waste compliance programs that ensure regulatory excellence across Apples worldwide operations.

As a Program Lead Global Waste Compliance you will develop and implement global waste compliance strategies build innovative compliance tools and systems and ensure Apple maintains the highest standards of environmental regulatory compliance across all facilities. You will work closely with regional teams facility managers and environmental partners to create scalable solutions that drive consistent compliance practices while supporting Apples environmental goals.

Develop and implement comprehensive global waste compliance programs from initiation to completion nBuild and deploy innovative compliance tools and tracking systems to monitor regulatory adherence across all facilities. nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver consistent compliance standards and best practices. nPrepare and present compliance strategies risk assessments and recommendations to senior leadership. nMaintain current knowledge of evolving international federal and local waste regulations. nFoster and maintain excellent relationships with regulatory agencies waste vendors and internal partners. nLead training initiatives to ensure facility teams understand and implement compliance requirements. nDrive continuous improvement in waste compliance processes through data analysis and performance metrics.

Bachelors degree or higher in Environmental Science Environmental Engineering Sustainability or related field. nFive or more years of experience building and leading environmental compliance programs. nDemonstrated experience developing compliance tools and tracking systems. nKnowledge of international waste regulations and compliance requirements. nStrong project management experience with proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Advanced degree in Environmental Science Law or related field. nSeven or more years of experience in environmental compliance with focus on waste management. nDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows. nExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical requirements for diverse audiences. nExperience working and communicating with all levels of an organization. nProven success managing compliance programs across multiple countries or analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities. nExtremely proactive responsive and upbeat with strong organizational skills. nExperience with environmental management systems and compliance software certifications in environmental compliance or waste management.
