FALLOUTDOOREDUCATIONJOB DUTIES:

• Leadenvironmental educationclasses and teambuilding programmingwith confidence accuracyand enthusiasm

• Facilitate the safe use of our low ropes challenge course and rock wall

• Helpfacilitatethe safe use of our high ropes course and zipline

• Facilitate the safe useofourwaterfront

• Speak clearly and audibly in front of large audiences

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service toall ofour guests

• Supporthouse-keeping grounds-keeping and dining operations

Our stafftraining will cover class curriculum group facilitationstrategiesand technicalchallenge courseskillsrequiredfor the will have the dedicated support and guidance of our experienced staff as you develop your leadership style and gainconfidencefacilitatingothers in outdoor activities.

HOURS:

Expect toworkvarying hours with some long days as daily hoursaretailoredto the needsof our willtypicallyhavetwo days off for every five days worked.

SEASON DATES:

• Fall season dates: August 16th- late October/ Early November

We encourage our staffto continue working with us indifferent rolesfor the summer and fall! In thesummermost staff apply to be Adventure Trip Leaders or Outdoor Pursuits Directors (facilitatingour high ropes course). In the fall we hire Outdoor Educators tofacilitateteambuilding and outdoor education programming to a wide range ofgroups andalsoprovide general facilities support.

COMPENSATION:

We offer competitive pay starting at $110per day with an increase to $116per day for those who have a lifeguard certification. Additionally we provide comfortable staff housing all meals while you are working access to the kitchen laundry facilities and internet. Cape Cod is a fantastic place to live and you will have access to a wide range of outdoor recreation equipment tohelp you enjoy it!
