Key Responsibilities The Educator Development Specialist coordinates educator effectiveness and standards for theUtah State Board of this role the specialist supports mentoring and induction aswell as instruction and programs for Gifted and Talented education across Utahs schools. Keyresponsibilities also include facilitating the administration troubleshooting and reporting of thestates required Educator Exit and Engagement Surveys to support local education agencies(LEAs). Additionally the specialist provides critical support for Title II Part A grants bydelivering technical assistance processing budget revisions and reimbursements and ensuringcompliance monitoring. Principal Duties As the Educational Specialist you will perform tasks across three primary operational areas: 1. Professional Learning and Capacity-Building 2. State Educator Exit and Engagement Survey Administrator 3. Title II Part A Grant Support
