JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS: 1 . Advanced training. College degree preferred.

1. Five or more years experience in network planning installation and engineering local and wide area networks.
2. Two or more years experience in a management or supervisory position.
3. Two or more years experience in project management.
4. Experience in a K-12 network environment preferred.
5. Certification or proven expertise in two or more of the following:
6. CNE MCSE 2003 preferred
7. SQL (Microsoft & Pervasive)
8. MS Share Point
9. MCDBA
10. H.323 video conferencing
11. MS Exchange/NW Groupwise
12. CCNA or CCNE
13. Network Security
14. Web Servers
15. Experience with LAN/WAN analysis tools.
16. Expertise in word processing databases spreadsheets Visio Studio and Crystal Reports. Ability to plan direct and implement system advances.
17. Proficiency in desktop MS Windows operating systems and terminal services.
18. Demonstrated ability to work with people as part of a team.
19. Excellent organizational skills multitasking and prioritization skills.
20. Must have strong communication collaboration and listening.
21. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to

relate complex concepts to the general public.

1. Valid Alabama drivers license and qualified for drivers insurance.

REPORTS TO: Technology Coordinator

JOB GOAL: Support the use of technology for instruction communication and administration system-wide. Identify coordinate and supervise technical services related to the maintenance of computers network (LANs and WAN) and telecommunications systems. Plan and implement system advances.
