The hourly equivalent is provided to help candidates compare compensation based on the positions 1470-hour annual work a Meaningful Difference Through Specialized InstructionAt Linden Oaks Education Specialists lead individualized classrooms designed around each students strengths needs and goals. You will develop specialized instruction guide the IEP process and collaborate with families paraprofessionals related service providers and school district partners to help students make meaningful is a classroom leadership role for an educator who values collaboration approaches student learning with creativity and care and is committed to maintaining a safe structured and supportive Youll DoDevelop and deliver research-based specialized instruction aligned with each students IEP goals and varied instructional strategies and evidence-based practices to support diverse learning student progress monitor achievement and adjust instruction based on individual and implement compliant annual IEPs including present levels goals objectives and required and participate in IEP meetings in collaboration with families service providers supervisors and school district a safe structured and supportive classroom and implement individualized behavior-management

Requirements / Qualifications

What Were Looking ForA valid California Education Specialist Credential in Moderate/Severe or Mild/Moderate with Autism least two years of experience in an educational or related of IEP development specialized instruction progress monitoring and special education written and verbal communication ability to lead a classroom team and build collaborative relationships with families and professional partners.A valid drivers license or access to reliable transportation.
