The Associates play an integral client-facing project work. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths the Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects project management intensive data-analysis and the identification for the so-whats therein and to creating compelling client-ready presentations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree or higher in graphic arts/design visual communication user interface/ user experience design web development or other related field preferred
• 2 years of work experience in a professional client-facing graphic/web designer or web developer role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software: InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop primarily
• Demonstrated ability in designing high-fidelity prototypes in Sketch Figma or other prototyping software demonstrating user flows and interactive elements of the user experience and interface
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3

Preferred:

• Coding within Slate CRM or related CRM technologies.
• Expertise in server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS
• Proficient understanding of the Bootstrap Framework or other frontend frameworks
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks including jQuery
• Proficient understanding of WCAG/Accessibility standards and ability to develop to them
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS
